new beginnings | minneapolis family photographer

So many fun and exciting things happening around here I tell ya! We recently decided to take a risk and put our house on the market in hopes of selling it and building our dream home. Amazingly we sold it in just 8 days! We will miss our house I am sure, since we have made so many memories here but I know that the new house is a perfect fit for us. We plan to move in January and our new house should be completed sometime in March. We have moved way too many times in the past 5 years so I am so excited to find a permanent place that we can call home.

In other exciting news the studio decorating is well under way, paint is on the walls and pictures are going up soon. If only I had more time I would have had that thing completed in a matter of days! I share the space with a fellow photographer and friend and we are very excited to host an open house sometime in January or early February. I will make sure to post details as soon as they are available.

Another family that will be having some 'new beginnings' is the beautiful 'R' family. Their little girl, miss 'A' just turned a year old and they will be welcoming their next bundle of joy this spring (another little girl!) Miss 'A' has such a little personality and was so silly during her session, she played peekaboo behind the couch and ran around like crazy! Thanks so much for letting me photograph you guys, can't wait to meet baby #2!
