Today is a bittersweet day for me, it is the last night we will be spending in our home. About a month and a half ago we put our house for sale and to our surprise and delight it sold in 8 days. We have been slowly moving our stuff into storage and making arrangements to stay with our good friends until our new home is completed. As I look around right now there is really nothing left here and it really does not feel like our home any longer but it is still sad! It's funny how you can grow attached to objects and places. I am so excited to start our lives in our new home but it is still hard to see this one go (although it is going to a nice young, engaged couple who I am sure will love it as much as we have!)

Things have not slowed down around the studio and we are still on track for the grand opening celebration and open house on February 12th from noon-3pm (I will be putting up a posting shortly). I have had so many cute little munchkins come in for sessions lately, including this sweet little girl. I love how tiny she is and how she slept so perfectly through her session. I found out at the session that her dad went to high school with my husband, I love hearing connections like this!
