snow! | Minneapolis Family Photographer

So as some of you already know I got to take a much needed vacation with my hubby last week to California. Little did I know I would return to a winter wonderland! We flew out Thursday morning for a long weekend retreat to LA and Vegas. We spent one day in California, basically driving all day and sightseeing and then we headed to Vegas for more sightseeing and to take in the strip. The weather was great, 70's and sunny and I soaked up every minute of it. Last week was so gorgeous out, I did an outdoor session on Tuesday night and it was so perfect- almost summer like.. and now we have cold, wet, snow! I have to admit I was kind of disappointed when I thought of how long I would have to wait until I could do outdoor photos again. I was so happy when this wonderful family decided they would brave the elements and do outdoor photos today. I am loving the snow in the photos, it puts me in the holiday spirit (note the random snowflakes!) I guess I can deal with this change of weather as long as we can keep the snow until Christmas (and then it all better melt and be sunny & 70 again haha!) {{{already dreaming of summer....}}}
